I was so grateful for all the care I received here. I made an appointment and listed all the symptoms of my car. I had a specific issue whereas my car had recently been fixed in Ellensburg while passing through, the same issue was happening again, only this time worse. Curt was outstanding. Not only did he make sure that I was informed of what was going on, sending me email updates of my car WITH video and photo, but for me the best yet, he went the extra mile by calling the old repair shop to get the warranty AND called the warranty place to give me the discount off of my bill. These extra ways of real TLC, I miss and my car runs even better than before! Thank you team!

I don't usually write reviews, but these guys were amazing! I wound up here almost accidentally when my car broke down nearby. I was kept informed during the diagnosis of the problem and they sent pictures of the specific part. The issue and several solutions were throughly explained, and my input as the car owner was obviously valued. Excellent customer service and a very knowledgeable group of mechanics. I'll definitely return.
